About the Role

We're seeking a People and Culture Advisor to join our Melbourne-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compliance with employment legislation and adhere to relevant policies in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Create employment documentation, from Letters of Employment to Employment variations.
  • Support the delivery of People & Culture related projects on time.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of relevant post-qualification work experience within a People & Culture team in a large corporate entity or relevant work experience.
  • A strong understanding of Australian employment legislation.
