Insurance Claims Coordinator

The role of Claims Manager is a pivotal position within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims management or leadership, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead the centralised claims team.
This key position involves overseeing staff performance, conducting regular reviews, setting clear goals, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary. A thorough understanding of contractual and legislative requirements, including Outcome and Documentary Evidence Guidelines, is also essential.
Maintaining high standards of time management and efficiency, the successful candidate will ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. This will require the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
A proven track record in the Employment Services sector is highly desirable, as is previous experience with electronic Document Management systems.
Key responsibilities include providing strong leadership to the claims team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, focusing on productivity and efficiency.
