We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational human resources practices and compliance support, working closely with the Executive Leadership and Senior Leadership Teams.
The ideal candidate will provide high-level guidance and support to the Executive and Senior Leaders to ensure that the School can attract, develop and retain requisite talent to deliver on its Vision, operational needs and strategic priorities.
This exciting role will suit an experienced HR professional with a breadth of experience across complex industrial environments. Experience in promoting and supporting a positive, forward-looking organisational culture will be highly valued.
About the Organisation
We are a co-educational, independent day & boarding school located in a regional centre. The School has a proud tradition of educating young people and has been doing so for over 140 years.
We have a strong history of excellent academic results along with a diverse co-curricular program. Our School is non-selective with over 1,000 students (including more than 330 boarders in Years 7 to 12). We firmly believe that the enjoyment of learning and the wellbeing of our students are paramount.
We have two main campuses. The main campus accommodates the main teaching facilities as well as the boarding facilities for boys boarding. A second campus houses the girls' boarding facilities, staff residences, a recreation and examination centre, an outdoor swimming pool and playing fields.
