Job Description

As a Senior Administrator, you will lead the administrative function for our thriving and growing operations team using your expertise to mentor the team and make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include providing essential support to our NSW division in Orange, ensuring operational, administrative, and workforce requirements run seamlessly, and coordinating workforce planning for major shutdowns.

You will also be responsible for maintaining rosters and timesheets, assisting with onboarding and mobilisation of people to our project, and establishing appropriate systems and required procedures for the new business.

In addition, you will assist with all aspects of administrative duties including reporting, logistics, equipment inventory and office maintenance, as well as coordinate accounts payable and purchase orders.

  • Provide essential support to our NSW division in Orange.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator with strong administration and operations experience, particularly in the resource/industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

  • Strong administration and operations experience (resource/industrial sector experience desirable).

  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
