Job Role

The Maintenance Fitter plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and breakdown rectification to the site
  • Contributing to the delivery of minor works and capital projects on site
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement relating to reliability
  • Performing scheduled and ad-hoc safety checks, maintaining high standards in safe work practices
  • Training front-line operators in basic problem-solving and root cause analysis

We seek an experienced Maintenance Fitter with a Certificate 3 or higher in Mechanical Engineering and strong knowledge of various maintenance methods. A commitment to safety and effective communication skills are essential.
