Overview
Applications are open for Electrician's to join the Maintenance Department at Nyrstar Port Pirie.
Responsible for breakdown repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance activities to all equipment and plant on site.
Role details
This is a residential role, based in Port Pirie, South Australia working on a 5/4 roster (days only).
This is an equal time dayshift roster of 4 days on, 5 days off, 5 days on, 4 days off, 5 days on, 5 days off.
It provides a balance between work and personal time with two full weekends off per month.
Relocation to Port Pirie is part of the package, including the transfer of household belongings, provision of temporary accommodation upon arrival, and a relocation allowance of $5k.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Relevant Trade Qualification (minimum Certificate III)
Heavy industry, mining, smelting or similar experience is highly regarded
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure whilst being a team player
Additional qualifications in Dogging, Rigging, EWP, Confined Space and Working at Heights are also regarded
