Senior Research Specialist

We are seeking a senior researcher to join our team in a role focused on First Nations social and emotional wellbeing. This is a highly skilled position that requires expertise in research methods, data analysis, and cultural competence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and gather data related to First Nations social and emotional wellbeing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve wellbeing outcomes for Indigenous communities.
- Collaborate with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to ensure research is culturally appropriate and relevant.
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, sociology, or anthropology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research, policy development, or community engagement.
- Strong understanding of First Nations cultures, histories, and contemporary issues.
