Job Title:

A Senior Research Specialist is required to drive impactful research initiatives, mentor emerging talent, and produce influential research collateral.

  • Develop and execute strategic research programs with high-impact outcomes.
  • Deliver top-tier research outputs, including reports, white papers, presentations that inform design outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops with internal teams and external partners on key research methodologies.
  • Provide oversight and support to project researchers and research staff in data analysis.
  • Advise on research methodology, ethics, and data analysis to ensure high-quality research.
  • Synthesize primary and secondary data to inform design decisions and business strategies.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with industry, government, and community organisations to advance research goals.
  • Lead webinars for professionals on national competency standards aligned with industry best practices.
  • Supervise team members, including researchers, interns, and students, in their professional development.
  • Mentor junior staff across research methodologies, tools, and workflows to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for informed decision-making.
  • Curate and produce polished research outputs: reports, white papers, articles, visuals that communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Present findings via workshops, webinars, and internal engagements to various stakeholders.
  • Develop research proposals and grant applications to secure funding for projects.
  • Ensure adherence to client-specific research policies and procedures to maintain ethical conduct.
