
Property Asset Manager

**Job Description**
We are seeking a Property Asset Manager to provide property and site development services. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating access to new or existing properties and facilities in a cost-efficient and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of service skills, commercial lease management experience, and the ability to work independently. They will also possess excellent communication and financial management skills, with the ability to process and reconcile rental payments and other outgoings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Negotiate and secure access to new or existing properties and facilities.
- Manage commercial leases and licenses, including reviewing landlord and regulatory approvals.
- Provide input to bids and design costings.
- Manage property financial functions, including processing and reconciling rental payments and other outgoings.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Finance Administration: Ability to work independently in processing property-related invoices and undertaking data analysis.
- Administration: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database software solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
