About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineering Team Lead to oversee our Unreal Ecosystem team. This position involves leading a group of software engineers, guiding them, and holding them accountable for best practices and their career development.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a software engineer and 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, with expertise in software development, including shipping multiple products on large code bases that span various platforms and tools.

This role requires effective communication and collaboration with discipline and product leadership to develop strategies for improving team efficiency and effectiveness, building strong relationships with other engineering teams at the organization to foster cross-team collaboration, mentoring engineers in industry-standard best practices, championing sourcing and hiring processes to identify and hire skilled engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role
