Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our software development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial experience in software engineering and be looking to step up into a true leadership role. You will be responsible for leading a small team of developers and overseeing the technical direction of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
  • Develop and maintain software architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and implement technical upgrades and improvements
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop future vision and strategy
