About the Role

Green by Nature is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turf Renovations Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering top-quality turf renovations across a major mowing contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of turf renovation specialists in delivering high-quality results
  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment, including tractors and renovation equipment
  • Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards and on time
  • Collaborate with the operations management team to develop and implement effective renovation strategies

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in turf renovation and management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • General understanding of operating machinery and heavy equipment
  • MR Licence (or willingness to obtain essential)
  • Experience operating tractors with 3-point linkage attachments (aerators, scarifiers, spreaders etc)
  • Working with children (or willingness to obtain)
  • White card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Manual Driver's licence
