About the Role

Green by Nature is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turf Renovations Team Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering top-quality turf renovations across a major mowing contract. Your day-to-day will involve operating trucks and tractor-driven renovation equipment, where your basic mechanical knowledge will be essential. You'll be hands-on in carrying out sports field renovations, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

About You

  • General understanding of operating machinery
  • MR Licence (or willingness to obtain essential)
  • Experience operating Tractors with 3-point linkage attachments (aerators, scarifiers, spreaders etc)
  • Working with children (or willingness to obtain)
  • White card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Manual Driver's licence

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of turf renovation specialists
  • Operate and maintain tractor-driven renovation equipment
  • Conduct sports field renovations to the highest standards
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with the operations management team to achieve business objectives
