Job Overview

The team is responsible for collecting, managing and analysing evidence using various databases and litigation support tools to assist regulatory teams in presenting evidence in courts and other bodies.

Your Role

You will work closely with investigation teams to implement established strategies for evidence review, ensuring the effective use of technology and advanced analytics. You will provide advice to investigation teams on established practices for evidence management and analysis.

Your Responsibilities
  • Evidence Preparation: Prepare criminal briefs, civil discovery and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies, in accordance with established guidelines and practice notes.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training and provide support to investigation teams in the effective use of evidence management systems.
  • System Administration: Maintain and administer evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings of the national Evidence Services Consulting teams by discussing emerging problems and ideas for potential solutions.

You will have demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery and evidence management, with technical expertise and specialist skills to assist in achieving impactful outcomes.

  • Experience and Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder and service delivery expectations, respond to complex enquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Communication Skills: Present complex information to different audiences through strong verbal and written communication skills.
