Senior Buying Specialist

As a buyer, you will lead our category, work closely with our trend team and deliver innovative ideas and key lifestyle items that align with our brand's DNA.
You will be responsible for driving category growth through strategic planning and execution of buying strategies. This includes managing product lines, developing merchandising plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include sales growth, profit margins and inventory management.
We are looking for a creative, trendy and organised individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities and can make confident decisions. A tertiary qualification in buying or a related field is essential, as is proven experience working in a similar role and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Able to think strategically and drive results-oriented initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering against targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
