Buying Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Buying Manager to lead our Boyswear category, driving customer loyalty and growth opportunities through the development of key lifestyle items.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in retail or fashion to contribute to post-seasonal reviews, influence future range decisions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.

  • Develop and implement buying strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Brand functions and departments to ensure seamless execution and high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery timelines.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment and pricing.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant qualification and extensive experience in a similar Buying Manager role.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to develop and support a team in achieving brand strategy outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
