Job Title: Specialist Consultant - Psychiatry
About the JobThis psychiatric hospital is seeking a highly skilled specialist consultant to provide medical services to children and adolescents, adults and older persons in South Australia.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing expert medical advice and treatment to patients with psychiatric conditions;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans;
- Conducting regular assessments and reviews to ensure optimal patient outcomes;
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A current registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA;
- Extensive experience in psychiatry, preferably in a public health setting;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
