Job Title: Portfolio Associate

This is an opportunity to support the Asset Management team, reporting directly to the Assets lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models
  • Updating financial models with actual operating results
  • Improving financial models and standards continuously
  • Reducing the risk of error
  • Maintaining alignment between modelling and project performance
  • Ensuring models can be used for quick decision-making
  • Ability to restructure and make significant changes to financial models
  • Central role in quarterly asset valuations
  • Refreshing financial models with updated assumptions regularly
  • Collaborating with various teams and external partners for valuation inputs
  • Assisting with preparation and presentation of asset and fund valuation reporting
  • Performing scenario and sensitivity analysis at an asset level
  • Assisting liaising with model auditors and implementing required changes
  • Assisting with distributions and cashflows for operating assets
  • Working with the Assets team to drive performance of the operating portfolio
  • Reviewing and analysing operational and financial data for decision-making accuracy
  • Assessing value creation opportunities across the operating portfolio
  • Collaborating with wider teams, external stakeholders, and consultants
  • Assisting with all asset management and investor reporting
  • Assisting with loan compliance and lender reporting
  • Driving automation in asset management reporting and processes
