Enterprise Performance Management Specialist
Job Description:This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and optimisation of our OneStream platform.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the OneStream application, including user access, security roles, and system parameters.
- Support financial consolidation processes and provide system expertise to the finance team.
- Assist in developing and enhancing planning functionality as the system roadmap evolves.
- Monitor performance, manage integrations, and ensure the reliability and availability of the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process issues, escalating to vendors where required.
- Coordinate testing and deployment of upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, controls, and system configurations.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes, with hands-on experience in EPM administration.
- Exposure to planning modules within any EPM software would be advantageous.
- Candidates with EPM software experience, particularly with OneStream or HFM, are preferred.
- Strong background in accounting, finance, and financial systems.
- Proven ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Familiarity with relational databases, data integration, and scripting desirable.
- Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
