Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to fill the role of Restaurant Operations Manager.
This is a hands-on position that requires someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including coordinating with suppliers and staff.
- Supervise restaurant staff and provide ongoing training and performance management.
- Achieve maximum financial performance of the restaurant through effective cost control and revenue growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity ideally within a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Current certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid.
- Full work rights in Australia.
