About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at RetireAustralia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
  • Provide comprehensive assistance in key areas such as calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling
  • Act as a primary liaison between the CEO, Board members, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research, prepare detailed reports, and create professional PowerPoint presentations and draft key Group articles
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role in a medium-sized business
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with SharePoint and Diligent Board Books is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand commercial in-confidence practices
  • Ability to handle, defuse, and resolve conflict in a range of situations
  • Highly developed time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
