Graduate Environmental Scientist/Engineer Role
">We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our team as a Graduate Environmental Scientist/Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contaminated land management and learn directly from in-house technical leaders.
">You will be working alongside experienced consultants on real, diverse projects — from initial site investigations to remediation and closure. You will develop your technical and fieldwork skills, build confidence in client communication, and access structured training, mentoring, and professional development tailored to kick-start your consulting career.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop field experience and knowledge in sampling methodologies for soil, soil vapour, indoor air, ambient air, hazardous materials, groundwater, and surface water.">
- Support accurate reporting activities, including maintaining field notes, site descriptions, logs, analytical summary tables, and basic reporting tasks.">
- Develop computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office and industry specific programs.">
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and communicate project updates as required.">
- Develop relationships with clients and ensure high quality customer service throughout projects.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">Tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering;
">A strong understanding of earth sciences;
">Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
">The ability to collaborate and work effectively with a range of stakeholders to achieve desirable outcomes;
">Excellent time management and the ability to manage and prioritise deadlines;
">A proactive and motivated approach to learning;
">Full driver's license;
">And a willingness to obtain police and medical clearance.
