About the RoleWe are seeking a talented SEO Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content marketing team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Content Marketing Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Research and write high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our website, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
- Partner with our SEO Specialist to implement on-page and off-page SEO initiatives that enhance our organic search rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SEO and content marketing.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure seamless integration of SEO strategies into our digital marketing efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications/Journalism.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company or experience in an agency focusing on SEO copywriting and general SEO strategies for clients.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with essential aspects of content, technical, and on-page SEO strategies.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing principles and how SEO contributes to enhancing organic traffic and overall website performance.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency using SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently while being comfortable reaching out for assistance when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
