We are seeking an accomplished Excavation Engineer to join our organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality excavation engineering services, focusing on optimal mine planning and execution. This involves leveraging expertise in haulage and dump designs as well as knowledge of mine scheduling software to optimize operations and achieve business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Short- to medium-term design, planning, and scheduling within an open-cut operation.
- Experience with truck and shovel operations is essential.
- Driving best practices through departments and into the organization.
- Ability to understand business systems functionality and extract relevant data for business purposes.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience gained in an open-cut environment.
