About Clinical Nurse Educator Role

Clinical nurse educators play a pivotal role in promoting evidence-based practice and delivering high-quality patient care. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate, deliver, and evaluate clinical nursing education programs at a ward/service level, providing clinical supervision to support the development of person-centred nursing care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering clinical nursing education programs that align with Ministry of Health standards and policies. They will also provide clinical supervision to nursing staff, supporting their development and implementation of evidence-based, patient-centred care practices.
