Job Title:

Production Operator and Forklift

About the Role:

This opportunity involves working in a fast-paced rubber manufacturing environment as a Production Operator with a Forklift Licence.

The successful candidate will have experience operating large scale manufacturing machinery safely, mixing carbon blacks and synthetics to create rubber compounds, and performing basic quality checks on finished products.

You will also be required to load and unload trucks, move stock when necessary, and follow safety protocols at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operating large scale manufacturing machinery safely to specified standards.
  2. Mixing carbon blacks and synthetics to create rubber compounds.
  3. Performing basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  4. Loading and unloading trucks when required.
  5. Moving stock when required.
  6. Following safety protocols and wearing PPE at all times.
Requirements:
  • Forklift licence is a requirement for this role.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a strong work ethic.
  • Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communicator.
