Senior Customer Readiness Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Readiness Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and ensuring seamless product implementation.

About the Role:
  • You will lead the development and execution of customer readiness strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure successful product adoption, and drive customer advocacy.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Your expertise will be crucial in championing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance release readiness, increase effectiveness of change delivery, and promote customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Customer functions to deliver awareness of product initiatives and their impact on customers.
  • Advocate for customer outcomes, ensuring customer requirements are understood and adopted for high-priority business change.
  • Raise risks through decision-making forums, escalating high-impact decisions as needed, and put commercially viable plans in place to mitigate risks.
  • Champion the development of analytics-based insights to advocate for desired customer product outcomes and solve customer and business needs.
  • Monitor the impact of product change and issues, relaying customer sentiment back into the business.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading delivery teams and maximizing resource utilization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with an understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to develop and execute customer-ready strategies.
