Senior Business Readiness Specialist

Are you a strategic professional with experience in bridging the gap between stakeholders and teams? Do you have a talent for driving business readiness and adoption planning?
">Key Responsibilities- Act as the conduit between risk management teams and other business/technology stakeholders.
- Lead business readiness and adoption planning for system implementation.
- Provide product ownership leadership to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams to drive system implementation activities.
- Conduct impact assessments and manage readiness activities to ensure smooth transition.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Requirements- Strong experience in business readiness, product ownership or business/systems implementation within large complex organisations.
- Understanding of model risk management and broader risk frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead system implementation projects end-to-end.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to act as a trusted conduit between business, risk and technology.
