This Casual IT Support position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering top-tier technical support for events. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless event execution by providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and coordinating multi-premise video-conferencing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, including technical setups and equipment requirements.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring clients have everything they need for their events.

Requirements:

  • Experience in coordinating multi-premise video-conferencing solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP) and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical terms to non-technical individuals.
