This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, encompassing product and business requirements.
  • Analyze and manage the assigned product portfolio, identifying gaps and opportunities for rationalization.
  • Define and implement the product roadmap for the designated portfolio.
  • Develop and analyze metrics to gauge product success, driving ongoing improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with design and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Work with the implementation vendor team, Diocesan IT Managers, and various internal teams during the rollout of the HCM solution.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the HCM domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM processes, compliance standards, and industry practices.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep commitment to and understanding of the values, ethos, and mission of Catholic Education.
