Job Title: Special Needs Transport Operator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Special Needs Transport Operator, where you will play a vital role in providing safe and reliable transportation services for students with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a light rigid vehicle safely and efficiently to transport students with disabilities.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance driving skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Light Rigid license.
  • Either hold or be eligible to obtain a driver's authority prior to commencement.
  • A secure place to park a take-home bus.
  • Pride in presenting the assigned fleet vehicle and maintaining a safe and respectful driving record.
