Australian Unity seeks an experienced Aged Care Portfolio Manager to join our Home Health program in Kempsey and Port Macquarie.

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of customers across Kempsey and Port Macquarie, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Lead customer acquisition and growth strategies, building a strong and positive brand in the community.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, working closely with clients, families, and internal teams.
- Promote a culture of safety and lead by example, driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance within your portfolio.
- Prior Aged Care experience, including knowledge of funding levels and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of cultivating high-performing and engaged teams.
- Strong coaching and development capabilities, using formal and informal methods to nurture team growth.
- Exceptional multitasking and ability to take ownership of customer-focused solutions.
