Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture field data using various technologies.
  • Plan and prepare resources for mobilization.
  • Remove and secure resources.
  • Verify and prepare resources at product line locations.
  • Deliver and archive final job deliverables.
  • Deploy and position resources.
  • Evaluate and reconcile resources.
  • Implement risk response plans.
  • Obtain customer acceptance of delivery.
  • Perform services and prepare field deliverables.
  • Prepare job invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Perform maintenance on equipment.

Other Key Aspects:

  • Ensure timely arrival of people, equipment, and materials at the work site.
  • Hold pre-job meetings with relevant personnel to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Execute jobs according to design and client approval.
  • Identify risks and reduce them to an acceptable level.
  • Initiate management of change procedures for any unplanned changes.
  • Prepare job designs, including flow simulations and setup in Helios (DART).
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards among employees and contractors.
  • Complete required paperwork and job tickets on time.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Participate in district HS&E and quality initiatives.
  • Perform risk analysis before each job or task.
  • Develop technical knowledge in design and evaluation.
  • Work with managers and FDEs to prepare for future career options.
