Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Officer/Meter Reader to join our team. As a Field Service Officer/Meter Reader, you will be responsible for carrying out data collection duties from commercial and domestic properties across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving and Transportation: You will be driving company vehicles to complete your duties, ensuring safe transportation of equipment and personnel.
  • Meter Reading: You will be responsible for obtaining and entering meter readings into handheld devices on a 62 day cyclic schedule, ensuring accurate final readings and other details are returned in a timely manner.
  • Disconnection and Re-connection: You will be disconnecting and reconnecting meters as required, adhering to all relevant safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: You will hold a current and valid WA driver's licence - auto and manual, an OHS Construction Industry White card, a First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate, and a Network Authority Card (NAC) if possible.
  • Skills and Abilities: You will possess sound communication skills, outstanding customer service skills including conflict resolution skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
