Job Title

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent computer literacy, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience using ERP systems
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polite and engaging phone manner
