Warehouse Material Handler

 

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight using high reach forklifts, freight picking and packing, and accurate loading and unloading of trailers.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Crossdocking/container decanting (hand & forklift)
  • Pick pack orders to customer requirements
  • Forklift operations (high reach & counterbalance)
  • Unloading/loading of trucks
  • Ensure all stock arriving and leaving the warehouse is accurate
  • Stock takes and cycle counts
  • General warehouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Reporting damaged goods and spillages
  • Safety audit checks

Requirements:

  • Valid LF & LO License
  • Previous experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment
  • 6 months minimum high reach forklift experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
