Job Title: Materials Handler

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate and retrieve receipted materials delivered to the refinery.
  • Pick daily materials requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Return excess materials to storage facilities.
  • Dispatch materials/items externally as per instructions.
  • Maintain the security of plant, premises, and material of all facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse or store person role.
  • Holding a Dangerous Goods Ticket is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, AER, HSE Management & Quality Management Systems.
  • A valid forklift licence is mandatory.
  • Ideal candidates will have spare parts background, mechanical aptitude, and/or understanding of mechanical spare parts, materials handling and management knowledge in refining or related heavy industry environments, computer literacy with experience in SAP or similar system/s.
