Major Projects Advisory Role

This position offers a key opportunity to contribute to the delivery of major infrastructure projects. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial and financial advice to clients across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant industry experience and tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a similar field. Commercial expertise gained from working on large infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for developing business cases, advising on transaction strategy, and providing transaction management services. Additionally, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop deliverables and lead initiatives on projects across multiple functions and work streams.

The successful candidate will have skills and experience in:

  • Developing comprehensive business strategies
  • Advising on transactional matters, including deal structuring and negotiation
  • Providing expert transaction management services
  • Developing tender documentation and leading tender processes
  • Creating commercial principles and contract agreements
  • Resolving complex commercial issues through effective negotiation
  • Building sophisticated financial models and conducting detailed financial analysis
  • Leveraging specialist knowledge in relevant infrastructure sectors (transport, energy, social infrastructure, defence, real estate, water)
