Our mission is to deliver high-quality healthcare services to young people. To achieve this, we require a skilled Medical Transcriptionist to join our team.

The role involves typing dictated clinic letters, reports, and referrals in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to understand and transcribe medical information accurately, and identify any inaccuracies in the transcript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Type 60 words per minute with experience using digital dictation software.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
  • Showcase ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently under minimal supervision.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and manage reports.
  • Display sound knowledge of medical terminology and a good understanding of the English language and grammar.
