- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government, industry, and community groups
- Proven experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Director, or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of governance, financial management, employee management, continuous improvement, and community development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and representation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build strong relationships
- A competitive total remuneration package of $315,000 per annum
