Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through monitoring and reporting of internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an advisory focal point for security and compliance-related activities, including implementation of ISO 27001 standards within the organization.
  • Identify evaluate and track technology risks related security weaknesses through risk and control assessments across systems applications infrastructure processes and networks.
  • Establish remediate and improve design operational effectiveness of controls while collaborating with stakeholders from Technology and Business to ensure required deliverables are accurate complete timely and within expectations.
  • Provide proactive suggestions process improvements and stay informed evolving regulatory cybersecurity requirements.
  • Develop maintain and provide risk insights to leadership team through risk dashboards key initiatives plans audit tracking current processes per management requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience digital technology functions ideally technology cybersecurity compliance role managing complex technologyaudit or regulatory projects.
  • Strong understanding IT general controls risk management frameworks such as NIST ISO 27001/27002 GDPR data privacy regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent Computer Science Information Technology related field preferred.
  • Professional certifications CISA CISSP ISO 27001 Lead AuditorImplementer desirable.
  • Proficiency information security domains technical background IT processes systems risks.
