Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in designing, implementing and evolving cybersecurity practices, techniques, tools, systems and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical security controls to ensure the identification, containment and remediation of security threats.
  • Analyze and improve the organization's overall security posture.
  • Evaluate, select and implement new security tools and practices to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Grow the presence and thought leadership of our cybersecurity practice.
  • Contribute to open source threat intelligence initiatives and drive threat modeling, table top exercises and other cybersecurity practices across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional academic track record.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Previous professional experience working in a Security Operation Center (SOC) or similar role.
  • Deep personal motivation to be at the forefront of technology security.
  • Expertise in threat modeling and risk management frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO27001.
  • Knowledge of security architecture and market-leading security tools.
