Senior Claims Service Consultant Opportunity

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our claims function, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring the correct outcome has been made.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and draft appropriate documentation to stakeholders when required.
  • Develop customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.

About You / Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex Customer Service environment.
  • Ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
  • Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
  • High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
