Senior Portfolio Manager, Pacific

This is a high-level leadership position responsible for driving the profitable development of the Pacific Property portfolio. The successful candidate will set and execute strategic direction across the Pacific region with a focus on risk management and business growth.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to manage our Pacific Property team. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

  • Responsibility for the strategic direction, oversight, and performance of the Pacific region's Property Portfolio.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the team of Underwriters, ensuring that team performance meets or exceeds corporate standards.
  • Overall responsibility for the branch Property P&L and delivery of all key metrics.

The Senior Portfolio Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of business, including underwriting & pricing, wording development, broker and client relationships, and ensuring that all business is serviced effectively. They will also provide insurance solutions & broader risk management support to clients most complex risks and challenges.
