Bell Services Captain Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as a Bell Services Captain.

This is a fast-paced, highly interactive and guest-focused leadership position that will see you supporting a large team of Bell Attendants and Doorpersons in the driveway area of the hotel.

You will be the main connection between the Bell Services team and our guests, ensuring a smooth and safe flow of vehicles entering and exiting the driveway, as well as providing efficiency in the storing, delivery and pickup of guest luggage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Bell Attendants and Doorpersons in a dynamic environment
  • Ensure smooth vehicle flow on the driveway and manage luggage storage, delivery and pickup
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to provide exceptional service and elevate guest experiences
Requirements
  • Hold an unrestricted NSW driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and overnights
  • Be able to drive a variety of vehicles (manual and automatic)
  • Have strong coaching, training, supporting and leadership skills
  • Be able to anticipate guests' needs and promptly handle guest enquiries
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking, conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
  • Learn and master parking systems and processes
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external areas
