Crown Resorts is seeking a fast-paced, highly interactive leadership position that will see you supporting a large team of Bell Attendants and Doorpersons in the busy driveway area of the hotel.

This role requires you to be the main connection between the Bell Services team and our guests, ensuring a smooth and safe flow of vehicles entering and exiting the driveway, as well as providing efficiency in the storing, delivery and pickup of guest luggage.

As a key member of the hotel team, you will collaborate to deliver personalised service and an elevated experience to our guests and residents.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Bell Attendants and Doorpersons in a dynamic environment
  • Ensure efficient vehicle flow on the driveway and manage luggage storage, delivery and pickup
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to provide exceptional service and enhance guest experiences

You must hold an unrestricted NSW driver's license with a clean driving record and be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and overnights.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong coaching, training, supporting and leadership skills, as well as the ability to anticipate guests' needs and promptly handle guest enquiries.
