Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Restaurant Managers to drive the team's performance and ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Maintain excellent guest service skills, consistently exceeding expectations and fostering a culture of loyalty.
  • Supervise a large team, leveraging your exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and empower staff.
  • Foster a strong passion for and knowledge of wine, cocktails & beer, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective organizational and time management strategies to optimize team productivity.
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
