Job Title: Senior Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our team at The Darling Spa, located within the luxurious Darling Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a range of luxurious spa treatments, including massages, facials, and speciality therapies, with exceptional skill and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of spa products, techniques, and industry trends to ensure you provide cutting-edge services.
  • Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa environment.
  • Contribute to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the spa, fostering a serene and relaxing experience for all guests.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or a nationally recognised qualification in one or more forms of massage.
  • Qualifications in beauty therapy, highly regarded.
  • Experience within a Spa environment, preferably in a 5-star facility.
  • Ability to drive retail sales within the spa operation.
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
