We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the design and development of apparel products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing design concepts with a focus on color and graphic direction
  • Trend forecasting and concept development, interpreting trends and translating them into commercial product deliveries
  • Ahead of season sourcing – fabric and trims
  • Range building and sketching, presenting CADs and storyboards for design sign off
  • Creating thorough, detailed Tech Packs and inputting to PLM system
  • Working with a garment technician to perfect fits
  • Liaising with offshore suppliers

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience across product development within the retail industry
  • A strong design eye and passion for fashion and lifestyle trends
  • An understanding of fashion and activewear fabrications, silhouettes, and construction techniques
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Collaborative and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with pre-production approval processes – lab dips, strike offs, prototyping, sample approvals
  • A high level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Affiliation with core values and a 'Make it Happen' attitude

This is a print-driven role, requiring someone who can create their own prints and repeats.
