About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Patrol Officer to join our elite team of roadside assistance experts. As a Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional mechanical and auto expertise to our members, ensuring they receive the best possible service on the road.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply mechanical and auto expertise to provide roadside assistance to members
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve service delivery
Requirements
  • Trade qualified mechanic or auto-electrician/industry related qualifications
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Highly organised with ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent driving history
  • Able to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
